With a strong presence across Europe, they manage a vast infrastructure of data centres, including a state-of-the-art campus in Rome. They are known for their commitment to innovation, security, and sustainability, offering cutting-edge solutions to businesses and public authorities.

As a result of exceptional growth in the region, they are now looking for a highly skilled and motivated Electrical and Special Equipment Project Manager to oversee the electrical and special equipment aspects of their data centre projects in Rome.

You will work closely with the general contractor, managing that relationship and ensuring the successful delivery of new data centre campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all electrical and special equipment installations for data centre projects.
• Collaborate with the general contractor and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems and special equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the project team.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects, preferably in data centres or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, special equipment, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
