Electrical design engineer

We are currently looking for a Electrical design engineer to support one of our projects in Mantova.

Role Overview

• Be responsible for the electrical design of a sub-assembly and modules of equipment.
• Create all the electrical variant modules needed to cover the different platform needs.
• In charge of the electrical drawing and the bill of Material according to standardization guidelines.
• Participate in the conception design review, qualification review, and FMEA.
• Support the supply chain team and external suppliers in the different steps of the equipment manufacturing.

Level Of Education And Languages

• Master’s degree or professional degree in electrical engineering.
• Professional English.

Required Experience And Skills

• Knowledge of electrical drawing software such as Eplan, See Electrical, or Autocad.
• Knowledge of calculation and electrical sizing tools (Caneco or others).
• Knowledge of industrial machinery norms EN60204-1, ISO13849.
• Knowledge of SAP PLM.
• Notion of North American norms UL508A, NFPA79 appreciated.
• Knowledge of industrial PLC (B&R, Siemens, or others).
• Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Powerlink, or others).
