To expand our presence in the Enterprise market, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development and growth by building strategic partnerships with large companies in Telco, Utilities, Retail, Insurance and other key industries.
What will you do as a Senior Sales Manager?
- Drive business growth in the Enterprise segment by developing new commercial opportunities and strengthening strategic relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and first contact to contract signing.
- Engage with top management (C-level executives) of target companies, understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions that generate value.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate the adoption of Fabrick’s solutions across key industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Account Management, Product) to tailor offerings and maximize customer value.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities, positioning yourself as a Fabrick ambassador and contributing to brand awareness.
Who are we looking for?
- 10+ years of experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development professional in the B2B Enterprise sector.
- Proven track record in selling technology and digital solutions to large enterprises, preferably in Telco, Utilities, Retail, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing C-level clients (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, CDO), with a consultative and strategic approach.
- Deep understanding of Open Finance, Open Banking, Payment Solutions, and/or Digital Transformation.
- Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to network and develop business opportunities.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
