Job Description

As a Tire Technician at Joe Bland Construction, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing vehicles essential to our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be adept at handling various automotive repair tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on company vehicles and heavy equipment.
2. Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify and resolve tire-related issues promptly.
3. Assist with general mechanic duties such as oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance.
4. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out tire technician tasks.
5. Collaborate with the dealership for tire-related services and purchases.
6. Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix heavy machinery tire problems effectively.
7. Ensure proper tire inflation levels and alignment for optimal vehicle performance.
8. Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks that involve heavy lifting.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in automotive repair with a focus on heavy machinery tire services.
2. Familiarity with using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to tire maintenance.
3. Previous work in a dealership or automotive setting is advantageous.
