We own six brands: Salewa, Dynafit, Pomoca, Wild Country, Evolv, and LaMunt. As exclusive retailers of other leading sports brands, we provide expertise in communication, sales, and brand building. The Customer Care team is operatively responsible for the end consumer experience related to the own brands eCommerce shops and general end consumer Customer Care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Directly manage all eCommerce customer requests through telephone, mail, and other potential channels.
  2. Act as first level support for issues and general requests about the company, brands, and products.
  3. Ensure the best customer experience online throughout the whole process (checkout, payment, fulfillment, return, and refund).
  4. Make scheduled reports, track and monitor customer requests, and help to improve the process for an outstanding customer experience.
  5. Analyze customer pain-points, issues, and needs, suggesting proactive solutions.
  6. Guarantee high-quality standards of service towards customers and users at all touch-points.
  7. Drive brand and company values throughout the customer experience.
  8. Support the administrative area for payments check.
Your Profile

  1. Previous experience in eCommerce or online customer support will be considered a plus.
  2. Fluent in German and English; Italian, Spanish, or French will be considered a plus.
  3. Good knowledge of PC platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  4. Strong digital knowledge, familiarity with web-based tools, and online technologies.
  5. Knowledge of Zendesk is considered a plus.
  6. Strong communication skills and outstanding attitude in managing relationships and front-end activities.
  7. Ability to work both in a team and independently with little supervision.
  8. Problem-solving approach.
  9. Positive and flexible approach in everyday working life.
  10. Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
  11. Service orientation.
  12. Passion for mountain activities; ski touring will be considered a plus.
