Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant to join our thriving team! The ideal candidate for this position will enjoy fast-paced work, show creativity, and have a high degree of professionalism when working with our residents. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

1. Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal.
2. Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing.
3. Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards.
4. Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts.
5. Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs.

Qualifications

1. Familiar with leasing regulations.
2. A proven record of sales experience and success.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher.

Compensation

$18 - $21 hourly
