Position

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP / AR) Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining master data and executing as well as improving dunning processes. You will actively contact customers to clarify inquiries and cooperate with external collection agencies. In this role, you will identify opportunities to enhance workflows and eliminate inefficiencies, providing clear and concise information to support informed decision-making.

Additionally, you will build strong relationships across departments to ensure open and effective communication. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring and coordinating efficient communication with customers, gathering and analyzing information to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization, and managing any changes related to customer master data. In addition to these tasks, you will also handle various administrative duties as required.

As part of your accountabilities, you will focus on the collection of receivables, ensuring that all financial obligations are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will work on cultivating and maintaining strong business relations to support long-term collaboration and trust between the company and its clients.

This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protected category according to L68 / 99.

You could be the perfect candidate if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in AP / AR department
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• US GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in an international team
• Flexibility and good organization of working time
• Good written and spoken English and Italian
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
