Responsibilities
Within the Human Resources Department, the role involves, after an onboarding period necessary to understand the Marposs culture and the working context, the personnel recruitment, as well as the organization of career days and employer branding events, the development of relationships with school and university institutions, and the organization of internships. The candidate will work both at Bentivoglio Headquarters and at other Italian companies of the Marposs Group, with frequent short-term transfers in Northern Italy.

Profile
A degree in Psychology, Political Science, or Law with a high grade and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position are required. Sensitivity, listening ability, and balance are fundamental qualities for this role, which is demanding but has a great impact in terms of transmitting corporate culture and the continuity and quality of the resources to be hired and developed in the company. This position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).
