Night Manager

A great opportunity to join as a Night Manager at a Luxury 5 star hotel in Venice.

We are looking for a Night Manager to ensure a flawless guest experience during nighttime hours.

You will be the main point of contact for both guests and staff, managing operations, security, and last-minute requests with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising nighttime operations
2. Welcoming guests and handling their needs
3. Managing unforeseen issues and ensuring security
4. Coordinating with departments to prepare for the next day

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in hotel reception, preferably in the luxury segment
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills
3. Flexibility and quick problem-solving abilities
4. Fluent in Italian, good English, and preferably another foreign language
5. Proficiency with hotel management systems; knowledge of Opera is highly valued
