Position

Manage project controlling activities (time and cost) ensuring the analysis to support project management decisions, verify the gaps compared to budget plan and supervise the activities necessary to ensure the proper economic and financial management.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in the opening phase of the project to define Order Intake, Project Work Breakdown Structure and initial operational budget;
• Take care of the updating of the operational budget;
• Carry out the analysis of the project result and deviations;
• Collaborate on Budget and Forecast processes, respecting company deadlines;
• Carrying out the necessary activities for monthly accounting closures.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
• 2/3 years of experience in similar roles;
• Good teamwork skills;
• Extensive knowledge of SAP AGP and Excel (knowledge of Alteryx will be considered a plus);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Willingness to undertake short business trips.
