As Site Operations Manager you will be responsible for Project Management of Site Activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.

As Site Operations Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

1. Implementing company processes, foster customer relationships, and build credibility.
2. Supporting projects execution during erection, commissioning and start-up phases.
3. Collaborating for effective project and personnel planning across regions.
4. Developing tools and processes for enhancing future site operations.
5. Leading project execution, proactively solving issues through the lifecycle.
6. Managing materials, planning site activities and identifying concerns, and ensure financial targets are met.
7. Representing the company in meetings, ensuring compliance with policies across regions.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will

1. Have a Master's in Mechanical / Management Engineering
2. Proven experience in Projects/Site operations execution within EPC sector
3. Demonstrate ability to develop and implement strategies to accomplish business goals.
4. Able to believe in oneself, self-motivated leader, willing to take responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries.
5. Be able to achieve real business outcomes working with others, across all levels of the organization.
6. Have effective communication skills, high self-organization, project and schedule management, problem solving of project 'roadblocks' and relationship development with key stakeholders
7. Have an excellent knowledge of the office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
8. Be able to travel domestically and internationally for project sites, meetings, and training at Baker Hughes Regional headquarters.
