Italian Speaking Customer Service in Greece (Fully Paid Relocation)

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information to customers
• Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with fellow team members to devise strategies for improving customer satisfaction
• Participate in training and development sessions to keep your skills sharp

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools
