She/he will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Duties
To manage the commercial relationships and sales of flexible packaging and integrated solutions for packaging, to the assigned customers in the geographical area of reference.
To research, identify and evaluate business development opportunities.
To develop specific and strategic markets/applications.
To collaborate in the setting of the area sales budget and in the definition of new market needs/opportunities.
To support the Regional Manager and the EMEA Sales Director in finding useful information for the development of the business plan.
Skills
Degree.
At least 5-7 years experience in a similar position, within a B2B sales organization, preferably flexible packaging.
Fluent in German and English.
Positiveness, good communication skills and listening capacity, aptitude for collaboration and teamwork.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented.
