PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to our Counter Coordinator in La Rinascente – Milano Duomo, the chosen candidate will oversee the following activities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Sell-Out of products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole customer experience applying and respecting our selling ceremony.
• Achieve sell out targets on a monthly basis.
• Educate customers on Givenchy products and brand.
• Support in merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
• Manage products display according to novelties launches & planograms.
• Monitor stock levels and report any issues to your supervisor.
• Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks.
• Establish a strong relationship with retailers.
• Build brand loyalty among our customer, and enrich our CRM database.

PROFILE

• Previous professional retail experience in make-up and fragrances.
• MUA certificate or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of beauty products: Make Up, Fragrance, Skincare.
• Proficient in English, additional languages are considered a plus.
• Passionate about customer service and the beauty industry.
• Result oriented and with excellent selling skills.
