About the Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their growth strategy, blending creativity with strategy to enhance the brand's presence across Southern Europe. You’ll lead and execute innovative marketing campaigns, inspire cross-functional teams, and connect deeply with diverse audiences.

What You’ll Do

1. Develop and Lead: Shape and execute localized marketing strategies that align with global brand objectives for lifestyle and performance segments.
2. Collaborate: Work closely with regional sales teams and global marketing teams to drive consistency and excellence across campaigns.
3. Inspire: Lead a passionate team, fostering creativity and excellence in storytelling and execution.
4. Analyze: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.
5. Innovate: Create bold campaigns that resonate with athletes, enthusiasts, and urban trendsetters alike.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably in the sportswear or lifestyle industries.
2. Regional Savvy: Deep understanding of the Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese markets.
3. Strategic Vision: A track record of developing impactful, multi-channel campaigns.
4. Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead teams and inspire collaboration.
5. Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish/Portuguese a plus).
