What will you do?

• Optimizing organizational efficiency by managing workflows and processes.
• Prioritizing activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Delegating administrative tasks and acting as a liaison between the executive team and other departments.
• Supporting strategic planning by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and conducting research.
• Organizing corporate events and coordinating all logistics.
• Managing calendars and appointments to ensure the executive team stays on track.
• Maximizing productivity by streamlining daily operations.
• Improving decision-making processes by providing accurate and timely information.

What will you need?

• Passion for Startups and Business Growth: We seek someone with a genuine enthusiasm for startups and a solid understanding of scaling businesses efficiently. Prior experience in fast-growing environments is highly valued.
• Strong Sales and Digital Product Development Knowledge: A solid grasp of sales processes and digital product development is essential. The candidate should be comfortable navigating both areas and leveraging their expertise to drive business success.
• Expertise in Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of how to utilize digital strategies to support business growth and customer acquisition. A data-driven mindset and the ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns are key.
• Financial Acumen and Analytical Skills: The ability to develop detailed budgets and business projections using Excel, with strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis. A keen eye for numbers and strategic financial planning is essential.
• Process Optimization and Efficiency: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and optimizing business processes to enhance productivity and overall effectiveness. Experience in streamlining operations within a growing organization is a strong advantage.
• Meeting and Agenda Management: Strong organizational skills, including meeting optimization and agenda management. The candidate should be capable of taking comprehensive notes, summarizing discussions accurately, and ensuring alignment with key objectives.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with the executive team, articulating ideas effectively, and fostering clear, professional interactions.
• Adaptability and Proactiveness: A flexible and proactive mindset is crucial for success in this role. The candidate should be able to anticipate challenges and take initiative in finding solutions before issues arise. Experience in dynamic, fast-moving business environments is preferred.

We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and knowledge.
