We can only host students that are currently studying in Europe and students studying in the EU candidate countries, and the ones that can use the Erasmus traineeship program or that have scholarships. Consider that our internship is unpaid.

Remember that Liberamente ETS is located in Italy, so who is studying in Italy cannot apply.

Description about Position:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Manager Intern to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about building and engaging online communities and has a strong interest in social media and digital communication. As a Community Manager Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our online presence, fostering relationships with our audience, and creating content that resonates with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and growing our social media channels by creating and scheduling posts.
2. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
3. Help organize and execute online events, such as webinars, live streams, and Q&A sessions.
4. Monitor community feedback and report insights to the team to inform content strategy.
5. Support the creation of content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive community engagement.
7. Assist in moderating online discussions to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
8. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and community management best practices.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
2. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
3. Experience or coursework in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
4. Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and values.
5. Understanding of online community dynamics and how to foster positive engagement.
6. Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
7. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Passion for building and nurturing online communities.

Would be a plus:

1. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media insights.
2. Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.

Skills and Experience Gained by the end of the Internship:

1. Hands-on experience in community management and social media strategy.
2. Exposure to content creation and the development of online engagement strategies.
3. Advanced skills in managing social media platforms and fostering community interaction.
4. Enhanced ability to monitor and analyze community feedback to inform strategic decisions.
5. Understanding of organizing and executing online events to boost community engagement.
6. Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
7. Improved communication and teamwork skills in a professional digital marketing setting.
8. Liberamente ETS doesn’t offer any financial compensation, but the students interested in performing traineeships in our brands and departments have the possibility to get hired after the end of the traineeship period.
