Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either market research, strategic planning, and business development, or in the medical technology industry. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver actionable insights, and guide them in making informed, strategic decisions. Additionally, the candidate will lead our market research and analytical team, build strong client relationships, and play a crucial role in managing these relationships and fostering future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations to clients on topics such as market entry, product and market positioning, product pricing, and business expansion.
• Mentor and guide the research & analytical team, ensuring effective project management and quality control throughout all stages of research.
• Analyze industry data, identify emerging trends, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
• Present detailed reports, presentations, and workshops for clients, ensuring clarity and value in all deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the consulting process.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Psychology, Statistics, or any other related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business consulting, market research, or a similar role within the medical technology sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw strategic conclusions.
• Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects, preferably in MedTech or healthcare industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
