Job Description:

We are FELKAM LTD, a UK based subsidiary of a Large US IT Solutions and Consulting Company. We are looking to hire team members for the role of Project / Delivery manager who will represent us in a major Digital Transformation effort with our Customer who is a Fortune 100, leading fashion retail brand.

This role will be in Milan, Italy. If you have the necessary background in implementing digital technology solutions for retail, commerce, eCommerce and have good domain knowledge and experience in any of the following areas then you are the right candidate:

1. eCommerce, Retail, Point of Sales (PoS) (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar)
2. Order management, shipping, warehousing systems implementation in the field of retail commerce
3. OmniChannel digital implementation for Fashion retail
4. Mobile applications, mobile platforms, Shopping experience implementation
5. Customer Service / Support digital implementation
6. Integration of retail commerce related systems (all of the above)
7. Backend ERP, financial management systems, CRM, budgeting related systems implementation

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of large scale IT Systems Implementation Lifecycle
• Program manager / Delivery Manager Skills
• Coordinating projects and delivering on time
• Project risk management and executive reporting
