Service Contract Manager

Position

As a Service Contract Manager, your main functions/tasks will be:

• Preparation and organization of service contracts.
• Coordinate, implement, and optimize service contracts.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Act as the client’s representative within our organization.
• Operate in our customer’s best interest ensuring a healthy balance between price, technology, and quality of service.
• Provide the best services and build healthy, long-term business relationships with our customers.
• Coordinate and guarantee our equipment suppliers' services.
• Ensure smooth transition from project to service.
• Follow up and ensure compliance with Labor Risk Prevention laws and Industrial Safety.
• Quality assurance.

Profile

As a Service Contract Manager within Vanderlande Italy, we are looking for a person with the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial/logistics technical environment.
• Ability to work within an international work environment, especially within a project organization.
• Fluency in English (C1), both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel (30% of the time, mostly in Italy).
