Italy - Sales Manager / Account Manager or Channel Sales

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value-added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
  2. Motivate and energize the channel partners to work with Sangfor, developing sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
  3. Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
  4. Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects, and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. 5+ years of channel sales, solution selling, or project selling experience in the IT industry, preferably with government sector customer experience. Experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
  3. Firm, dynamic, result-oriented, and strong achievement motivation.
  4. High integrity, target-focused, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
