Job Description

We are pleased to share an opportunity for an experienced and qualified Cyber Security Specialist to join our growing team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring threat signals, conducting vulnerability and penetration tests, and designing and developing the corporate security architecture.

You are the ideal candidate if you have proven experience in the cybersecurity field, and a solid understanding of networking, system administration and web application security.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Continuous monitoring of systems, networks, and applications for anomalies and threat signals;
2. Implementing security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), encryption and authentication;
3. Conducting vulnerability and penetration tests to identify weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements;
4. Ensuring that all security policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations (e.g. GDPR);
5. Developing and managing incident response plans, performing forensic analysis, and mitigating potential damage;
6. Designing and developing enterprise-level security architecture, ensuring it is in line with regulations and industry best practices;
7. Defining security policies and ensuring they are integrated into business processes and adhered to by various teams;
8. Developing strategies for identity and access management, data protection and cloud security.

Qualifications needed

To receive a positive evaluation, you have to meet the following criteria:

1. Proven experience of at least 2 years in Cyber Security.
2. Advanced technical knowledge in computer networks, operating systems, with a strong focus on Linux and Active Directory or similar, as well as application security.
3. Tools: Demonstrated experience with security tools such as SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management solutions (e.g., Nessus, Qualys).
4. Incident management: Proficiency in forensic analysis methodologies, incident response, and threat mitigation.
5. Regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of security regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.
6. Experience in designing security architectures and performing risk assessments in complex environments, including cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Will be considered plus:

1. Additional certifications: OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), LPIC-3 (Linux Professional Institute Certification Level 3)
2. Cloud experience: familiarity with security environments in cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
3. Scripting Knowledge: proficiency in scripting languages like Python, PowerShell or Bash to automate security processes.
4. DevSecOps experience: knowledge of security practices in CI/CD processes.

Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
