Offerta

1. Administration, updating, maintenance and development of existing CRM and BI systems, collaborating with offshore technical colleagues.
2. Supporting Salesforce on the correct use of the Salesforce CRM system.
3. Supporting internal stakeholders on the correct use of the BI system.
4. Data mining, ensuring the constant alignment, integrity and consistency of company data.
5. Proposing solutions on the optimisation of data analysis and visualisation.
6. Ensuring data integrity, consistency and correct extraction.
7. Preparation and management of reports, dashboards and KPIs aimed at data integration and analysis.
8. Ad hoc performance analysis of Trade & Sales initiatives.

Competenze ed esperienza

1. Previous experience in the field of Business Intelligence / CRM administration.
2. Advanced knowledge of the Office package.
3. Knowledge of VBA and macros.
4. Knowledge of CRM and BI system architectures.
5. Knowledge of the Power BI tool is considered a plus.
6. Fluent English (both spoken and written).
