Your responsibilities:
Glo-cal Buzz Builder (Integrated Online Strategy Development):
- Craft and execute electrifying social media and PR programs that ignite brand fame across markets.
- Think globally, act locally – be the architect of our brand's social presence worldwide, working with the resources and capabilities both at HQ and market level.
- Lead the social media leg of integrated campaigns, collaborating with creative and comms teams.
- Serve as the social media expert for large scale campaigns.
- Work closely with creative and comms teams to refine and elevate an inspiring brand tone of voice for De'Longhi, Braun and Kenwood.
Influencer program leader:
- Maximise the impact of influencers, not just as creators but as publishers.
- Work closely with the Head of Paid Media to maximise reach and engagement of creator content.
Affiliation program leader:
- Launch and scale a global affiliation program, driving the affiliate network.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team and markets to optimise the commercial value of affiliates.
- Establish an affiliate hub that will recruit, train and provide tools for affiliates across categories.
Social commerce champion:
- Ensure shoppability via social media programs.
- Set up and scale up social commerce programs across platforms with measurable impact across top 3 KPIs, in partnership with e-commerce and market teams.
Insight and analytics:
- Feed social media insights and trends into our innovation and comms teams, keeping us ahead of the curve.
- Work with the paid media team to analyze the impact of paid and earned media, turning data into actionable insights.
Market Mentor:
- Lead market capability building in all things social.
- Influence and lead global social activations, with a laser focus on brand-building metrics.
- Build and deploy exciting PR partnerships, collaborating with creative and product marketing teams.
- Create unique and exciting brand partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 15+ years of experience (at least 3-5 in similar role) with a proven track record of successfully integrating social media and earned media.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, brand positioning, and community management.
- Strong understanding of media relations, PR strategies, influencer marketing, and social media management tools.
- A strong understanding of the commercial objectives and an appreciation of how earned media can drive commercial success.
- Proven experience in scaling up affiliate marketing and in setting up social commerce.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) and earned media strategies (PR campaigns, influencer partnerships etc).
- Experience in managing global earned media campaigns.
- Background in consumer goods, lifestyle, or tech industries where social media and earned media are crucial to brand strategy.
- Knowledge of emerging and innovative social media trends.
- Good proficiency in English.
