The Technical Sales Manager (TSM) has the primary responsibility to lead and manage accounts across the designated region, either directly or through distributors. The job holder is expected to grow and retain Arkema’s market share and customer base within the Italian market and achieve profitable sales targets. The TSM must possess the business and technical awareness to influence and gain customer alignment with both external and internal decision makers. He or she will act as a consultant to the client, both commercial and technical, in order to develop an understanding of industry trends, and market forces affecting the business and product needs.
