Job Title: VIP Account Manager

Location: Hybrid from London/ Malta office or remotely from anywhere in Europe

Role:

Working within our VIP management department, the main purpose of this role is to manage the growing VIP Italian customer base. A key focus is account growth, retention, customer satisfaction and ensuring lifetime value by considering account needs, support, loyalty and risk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To deliver the best possible service, Account Managers respond to and initiate contact with players via phone, email and Whatsapp, with occasional in-person client entertainment days too.
  2. Due to the nature of the business, this role involves working occasional non-office times (evenings and weekends) depending on VIP clients’ needs.
  3. VIP Account Managers are VIPs’ direct contact at the company, and it is the account manager's responsibility to liaise with the necessary internal departments to report any issues or priorities in terms of handling technical, financial or feedback points to ensure VIPs receive first class customer service.
  4. Daily tasks involve creating VIP tailored promotional offers and analysing, optimising and reporting on campaign performances.
  5. You will also be required to attend weekly/monthly team meetings to exchange insights on VIP market trends/player experiences and contribute to the success of the brand.

Person Specifications:

  1. Have similar experience working as a VIP Account Manager within iGaming/ Online casino Industry.
  2. Must have excellent Italian communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Have excellent English communication skills.
  4. Have the capacity to build strong relationships with customers.
  5. Have experience working in the gaming or gambling industry.
  6. Have sales and account management experience (desirable).
  7. Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.
  8. Have strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  9. Be good with numbers and identifying trends/patterns.
  10. Work with multiple systems and be a fast learner.
  11. Enjoy challenges and find solutions to customer queries and problems.
