You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first phone call to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities

• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, and addendums
• Be dedicated to answering Zillow Connection Calls, Real time Tours, and Nurture leads. Focus and hit Zillow metrics on a monthly basis
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Show a track record of real estate success
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
