Network Systems Design Support Manager

The Network Systems Design Support Manager will support and integrate new and existing operating systems.

This position is contingent upon award

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supporting and integrating new and existing operating systems (OS), Active Directory (AD), Messaging, Domain Name System (DNS), Storage, Database (DB), and other server-related services.
• Providing technical direction and management oversight for various engineering and technical staff.
• Analyzing network metrics to recognize substandard network performance.
• Developing reports and trend analysis documentation on bandwidth and network security incidents.
• Making recommendations to resolve network problems.
• Managing network intrusion devices and commercial information assurance tools.
• Developing and updating IT systems concept of operations and engineering plans.

• Deliver On-call support outside normal business hours, as required.

Essential Required Experience & Skills:

• Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
• VMWare Certified Technical Associate (VCTA).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+.
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in a related field.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BS), or 7 or more years of relevant experience without a BS.

Travel:

• Occasional CONUS TDY travel for meetings and training.
• Occasional OCONUS TDY travel to the CENTCOM AoR, including Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
