We are seeking an experienced Operations Security & Identity Access Management Lead to oversee our vulnerability management team and drive the implementation of lifecycle management across the entire Digital Technology & Transformation (DT&T) Organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data while enhancing our identity and access management processes.

Your Mission

1. Vulnerability Management:
   1. Lead the vulnerability management team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across the organization.
   2. Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management strategy, including regular assessments and reporting.
   3. Collaborate with IT and security teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk assessments.
2. Identity Access Management:
   1. Oversee the implementation and management of Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM and PAM) solutions to ensure secure access to systems and data.
   2. Develop policies and procedures for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
3. Lifecycle Management:
   1. Lead the implementation of lifecycle management processes across the DT&T Organization, ensuring that all systems, Services and applications (Business, IT and Infrastructure) are managed throughout their lifecycle.
   2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for system onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning.
   3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to security and identity management.
4. Team Leadership:
   1. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
   2. Set clear goals and objectives for the vulnerability management team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
   3. Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote security best practices across the organization.
5. Reporting and Compliance:
   1. Prepare and present regular reports on vulnerability management and IAM metrics to senior leadership.
   2. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to security and identity management.
   3. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to proactively address potential risks.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in operations security, identity access management, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with PAM and IAM solutions and lifecycle management processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar) are a plus.
