How will you make an impact? You will:

  1. Be responsible for the training plan
  2. Work on the training needs analysis and the training plan definition.
  3. Coordinate the implementation of the trainings and proactively propose solutions to design new ones (e.g. propose local new solutions by internal and external partnerships; using corporate solutions and adjust those locally).
  4. Define the training calendar, manage organization and logistics of in-class training programs and e-learning platform.
  5. Conduct in-class training sessions.
  6. Create internal training initiatives.
  7. Propose and select high-quality partners (internal & external).
  8. Create follow-up tools (quizzes, feedback, challenges).
  9. Monitor the eLearning activities.
  10. Record all staff training.
  11. Monitor and manage the costs and budget related to Training.
  12. Act as a business partner
  13. Support the Head of HR in working on the people budget for the population in scope.
  14. Support in projecting and delivering relevant HR projects related to people engagement and development.
  15. Provide support to key HR processes such as performance review, salary review, organizational check-up, HR controlling, etc.
  16. Drive internal communication
  17. Manage all internal communication activities (newsletters, internal tools, etc.).
  18. Propose new communication approaches.

How will you experience success with us? You will:

  1. Possess a University/Business School degree.
  2. Demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury retail.
  3. Be fluent in Italian and English.
  4. Be organized, pragmatic, and able to manage cross-department projects.
  5. Have a pro-active mindset.
  6. Exhibit a strong teamwork attitude.
