Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the team at Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort.

Reporting to the General Manager and coordinating a team of 2 maintenance staff, the candidate will be responsible for:

1. Management and control of systems
2. Oversight and responsibility for all aspects of hotel maintenance, including basic Audio-Video maintenance in meeting rooms
3. Coordination and management of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities with a focus on work scheduling, execution control, and progress status, including quotes for work performed by third parties, with proficiency in facility management software
4. Supervision of compliance with all safety regulations
5. Relationship and oversight of external companies performing extraordinary and planned maintenance within the hotel
6. Budget management for the department: managing routine maintenance within budget while also adjusting based on emergent needs, emergencies, and revenue trends
7. Support to the General Manager in defining Capex needs and the operational budget, contributing to the formulation of the energy budget
8. Management and coordination of the maintenance team (shifts, hours, specific tasks, temporary staff) to ensure the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the company are met
9. Motivating, stimulating, and supporting team members in developing their skills and ongoing technical training, including IT skills. Following their on-the-job training, evaluating and sharing performance with the team member.
