Director of Sales & Marketing

We are looking for a passionate Director of Sales & Marketing with solid experience in the Luxury Hospitality & Travel industry, to drive NEBE’s international expansion.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute the 2025/2026 Sales & Marketing strategy, implementing innovative promotional and commercial strategies.
• Strengthen and expand our portfolio of industry clients and partners.
• Coordinate the Sales team, monitoring performance and results.
• Participate in industry events and trade fairs.
• Collaborate with the Communication Manager.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Luxury Hospitality & Travel industry.
• A strong professional network and proven business development skills.
• Leadership, strategic mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2); a second language is a plus.
• Results-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Full-time freelance consultant with a registered company.
