Offerta

The main purpose of this role is to lead the definition, standardization, and optimization of processes and workflows across the organization. You will be tasked with leading key projects and initiatives related to NPL operations, whether driven by the board, local teams, or self-initiated. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with local Portfolio Management teams to ensure that organizational goals are achieved efficiently:

• Support the growth and development of NPL business activities in multiple markets.
• Collaborate with local operations teams, local Portfolio Management departments, and SO to create and implement a consistent global NPL management strategy.
• Drive the standardization of policies, procedures, and strategies across global operations platforms.
• Provide additional value outside daily business operations to foster innovation and improvement.
• Contribute to portfolio underwriting processes, including assumptions and projections.
• Foster relationships with both existing and potential clients through meetings, calls, and site visits to gain insights into NPL activities and capture other practices from competitors.
• Lead onboarding processes when new portfolios are incorporated under management.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NPL management, asset management, or operations consulting, ideally with a focus on international markets.
• Strong experience in international business environments, with the ability to manage cross-border teams and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and show initiative in driving projects and processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mid/high level), with strong data analysis and modeling skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
