General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced hotel resort General Manager with international hotel brand experience, to manage a world-class resort based in Southern Sardinia.

The successful individual should be a hands-on financial leader who understands the balance of guest service and satisfaction coming from a franchise or independent resort.

Candidate Requirements

1. A strong understanding of commercial functions, sales & marketing and revenue
2. Native or fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
3. Proven leadership skills including the ability to manage, develop and motivate a team to achieve their objectives
4. Knowledge of multiple geographic hotel markets
5. Strong facilitator and driver of engagement within the hotel teams
6. A positive and motivated hands-on approach to communication within the business
7. Strong business administration experience
8. Entrepreneurial, proactive, independent and decisive
9. Must be EU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.

Highly Desirable Skills and Qualifications

1. Knowledge of international brands
2. Previous experience working in Sardinia
3. Excellent presentation skills
