Technical Manager

As a key member of the Global Technical Operations team, you will manage a team of analysts operating solar plants across multiple countries. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the team, strategic planning, risk management, and operational decision-making based on team insights. You'll focus on optimizing performance across client portfolios, maximizing uptime, and managing relationships with service providers, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts.

• Develop strategies for managing and growing client portfolios.

• Ensure timely reporting and delivery of client solutions.

• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers.

• Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Experience & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset management or technical roles in renewable energy.

• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, especially solar.

• Excellent project management capabilities.
