UX/UI Designer Applications

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work in a team dedicated to Enterprise Applications.

DXC’s Application Services cover four areas: Applications Development; Applications Modernization and Transformation; Testing and Digital Assurance; Applications Management.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop the visual design for projects delivered for customers.
2. Interact with project roles as required to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
3. Understand and use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and/or technical problems.
4. Support the developer team to create platforms, applications, and client services.
5. Manage accessibility and usability tests with the team and client.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree in one of the following areas: Computer Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent experience in the design field.
2. Good knowledge of Adobe Suite, focusing on Adobe XD, Figma, Mural/Miro, or FigJam.
3. Good knowledge of accessibility and usability standards (WCAG 2.1, W3C, Legge Stanca, AgID Guidelines).
4. Preferred accessibility and usability certifications.

Work Location: Rome with remote work possibilities.
