Marketing manager cdmo (pharma)

For our client, a growing CDMO, part of a pharmaceutical group, specialized in development and production of a wide range of products, we’re looking for a:

MARKETING MANAGER CDMO

The Marketing Manager CDMO's primary goal is to generate new customer leads by enhancing the CDMO brand and presence (physically or online) in the most relevant spots (conferences and partnering events).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads for the CDMO BD team, including but not limited to arranging conference participation (such as CPHI).
2. Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify new market opportunities and ensure a healthy marketing funnel.
3. Evaluate, interpret, and communicate the success of marketing campaigns and tactics to different teams, including business leaders.
4. Collaborate with all commercial partners to develop impactful tools for incremental revenue growth.
5. Develop and implement tools to promote CDMO BD effectiveness and engagement.
6. Manage marketing budget, metrics, and roadmaps to ensure timely execution and adherence to plan.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of marketing experience in similar roles in CMO/CDMO or services to the Pharma industry.
2. University degree preferably in the scientific domain, with a Master in Business/Marketing Management.
3. Strong marketing performance history including web, e-commerce, seminars, conferences, and digital channels.
4. Advanced level of business English (essential); additional European languages are an advantage.
