Dual Property Operations Manager

Exciting opportunity to join the team at the Springhill Suites Naples and Fairfield Inn and Suites Naples as our Dual Property Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

The Dual Operations Manager will oversee operations of the hotels in support of the GM. The primary focus will be on the Front Office and Breakfast operations.

Qualifications

Previous hotel supervisory experience at the Front Desk and/or housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is required - a minimum of two years. The ability to provide excellent customer service and make decisions without a lot of supervision is required. The ability to lead and direct the work of others is required. The perfect candidate must have the ability to perform under pressure with professionalism. Marriott experience is highly preferred.
