Expert Technician - Quality Assurance che garantisca il supporto tecnico/scientifico e di compliance alle operation (Visual Inspection) nel corso delle attività di produzione ed effettui l’ispezione del pool statistico (AQL) dei lotti.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA'

1. Effettua l’ispezione del pool statistico (AQL) dei lotti
2. Controlla il rispetto delle pratiche operative in riferimento alle procedure vigenti
3. E’ il primo referente Quality delle problematiche in campo
4. Autorizza la ripartenza della produzione dopo interventi di manutenzione straordinaria
5. Esegue il training agli operatori di produzione.
6. Può supportare la revisione delle procedure.
7. Può eseguire attività di batch review.
8. Può notificare gli eventi in Trackwise
9. Gestisce gli allarmi QBMS relativi ai parametri critici del sistema HVAC e frigo del reparto di produzione.
10. Collabora col Process Team

QUALIFICHE RICHIESTE

1. Laurea magistrale in materia scientifica
2. Conoscenza delle GMP e della produzione farmaceutica
3. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto office
4. Attitudine al team working
5. Capacità di problem solving e decision making

Si richiede disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche notturni.
