This role is expected within Convergent Systems IT Team. Coordinates the design, development, and deployment of systems and complex solutions across the European markets in line with business needs and the domains and verticals strategy.
Accountable to manage the entire lifecycle of the systems and solutions in the area of accountability.
Coordinates the translation of business demand into technical requirements and identification of the affected areas.
Checks feasibility of demands with regard to business needs.
Leads multinational working groups or project teams and coordinates independent and responsible execution of complex programs and projects.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle, coordinates suppliers during the design, development, and implementation phase in accordance with the Delivery Management Process.
• Accountable for effective Release Management and Capacity Management for accounted systems.
• Accountable for project/program delivery in time, quality, and budget.
• Active consultancy of internal customers and stakeholders concerning system/product developments, new market trends, and potential improvements.
• Selects and coordinates suppliers for the design, development, and implementation phase in accordance with the Delivery Management Process.
• Customer satisfaction from the assigned markets.
• Timeliness and Quality in Delivery according to requirements of the assigned market.
• At least 2 years professional experience in telecommunication or IT.
• Knowledge of local market processes.
• Knowledge of the OSS Solution Portfolio.
• Professional leadership competence for the decisive shaping of special topics.
• Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in telecommunications or computer science or equivalent.
• Very good communication and information skills.
• Customer-oriented and systematic way of working.
• Managing project/program budget up to approx. 5 Mio €.
