For our client, an international Industrial Company, we’re looking for an:

HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Position

The figure will assist and support the Company HQ Management in the management of all the fulfilments relating to Human Resources Selection, Training and Development, of the Italian Subsidiary by declining, harmonizing and applying processes and procedures of the HQ parent company.

Your tasks

1. Business partner for management and executives on key HR-related and employment law issues
2. Development and implementation of the HR strategy and objectives, derived from the central HR strategy in coordination with the Global HR Business Partner
3. Ensuring all standard operational processes such as Recruiting, HQ Planning, etc.
4. Implementation of organizational development projects and design of change processes
5. Participation in central HR projects
6. Direct reporting line to the Managing Director of the location and functional reporting line to the Global HR Business Partner of the Machine Tools division

Your Profile

1. At least 4 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally developed in Manufacturing or Industrial environments
2. Experience in Talent Acquisition, Training, and Development areas
3. Experience in working with international stakeholders
4. Excellent knowledge of the English language
