Our client, one of the Leading Food & Beverage companies in the world, is seeking food production associates to join their team. The ideal candidate will have food production experience, attention to detail, and be flexible to cross-train in various areas of the plant, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Food Production Associate

Location: Garland, TX

Pay Range: $13.00 for all shifts (pay increase when you move perm with the company)

What’s the Job?

1. Assembly
2. Food handling
3. Cleaning according to Sanitation guidelines
4. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs of product
5. Perform in a work environment of 38 to 42 degrees.

What’s Needed?

1. NO previous production experience - training is provided
2. Ability to work in a cold environment (38 to 42 degrees F)
3. Ability to stand, lift and focus on attention to detail
4. Proper PPE; steel-toed shoes/boots (no mesh)
5. Flexible to work overtime
6. Teamwork mentality
