Quality Assurance Consultant

Revolv Space is on the lookout for an experienced Quality Assurance Expert to join our team in a consulting role. Your role will be to put in check all practices leading to the development and production of our space systems. This role provides close collaboration with the engineering/production team leads and the CTO, offering valuable insights into the development of cutting-edge space technologies.

Your mission:

1. Audit and map the internal processes related to design and production of space systems;
2. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures;
3. Conduct inspections on compliance with the procedures and standards;
4. Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation;
5. Maintain detailed records of all quality-related activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports;
6. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (ISO 9001);
7. Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.

Your skills:

1. Demonstrated expertise in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing or engineering environment (space-related experience will be considered an advantage);
2. Strong understanding and track record of quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001), principles, and applicable software;
3. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods;
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
5. Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping;
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
