Responsibilities

  1. Point person for maintenance, bills, supplies and equipment;
  2. Support with HR policy implementation;
  3. Be the key driver of employee well-being initiatives;
  4. Organise office operations and procedures;
  5. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers;
  6. Manage office supplies and equipment;
  7. Participate actively in planning and execution of company events;
  8. Arrange all logistics around company cars;
  9. Coordinate company (property) insurances;
  10. Make travel arrangements for employee business trips;
  11. Be a Health & Safety Representative and ensure H&S policies are implemented and adhered to;
  12. Coordinate employee discounts with other companies;
  13. Liaise with IT for employee hardware and setup;
  14. Coordinate cleaners team;
  15. Manage Office Receptionist;
  16. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.

Requirements

  1. Experience in office administration or hospitality;
  2. Great communication skills, friendly and positive attitude;
  3. Ability to take the initiative, find solutions, and present in detail;
  4. Flexibility and a self-starter spirit to go above and beyond to get the job done;
  5. Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  6. Good English speaking and writing skills;
  7. Multitasking and the ability to work under pressure.
