Your education:
You have successfully completed a degree or training with a commercial focus.
Your Experience:
You have 3-5 years of professional experience in (international) project management and technical leadership experience with cross-functional (international) project teams. An understanding of customer service processes and company procedures is an advantage.
Your Skills:
You have a minimum B2 level of English. You have experience in using project management methods (e.g. lean, scrum, waterfall, project scorecard, project plan) and are able to make decisions based on business cases. Your entrepreneurial and holistic way of thinking as well as your analytical skills (reporting, data, success criteria for project management, etc.) round off your profile.
Your Soft Skills:
You are very experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful and changing environment. And you have a strong customer focus.
