Manufacturing Engineer for Coatings and Brazing

As a Manufacturing Engineer for Coating and Brazing, you will be the first support to the production line. You will be part of a collaborative team that completes operations according to manufacturing routers, instructions and schemes, respecting BH quality pillars. Your position will be the focal point for daily production issues, continuous improvement projects, and the definition of costs and timing of the production steps. You will collaborate with the MPE team from Florence to qualify new products and processes, develop new technologies, and optimize existing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to daily production.
• Define costs and timing for all coating & brazing processes.
• Define the operating instructions for production purposes.
• Design and optimize coating and brazing processes.
• Manage continuous improvement projects.

To be successful in this role you need to:

• Show a good general knowledge of coating/brazing and post-coating processes.
• Demonstrate excellent experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Have a proficient understanding of costs and timing allocation methods.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Exhibit good analytical skills and an attitude for problem solving.
• Work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.
