Our Customer Care is growing, and we are now looking for a Customer Care Technician to provide high-level technical support and ensure the best customer experience.

Are you passionate about the automotive world, and do you have a strong technical background? Then we are looking for you!

Your Role

As a Customer Care Technician, you will assist our clients by providing advanced technical support, guiding them in the best use of our solutions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level technical support to customers via helpdesk, chat, and phone
  • Diagnose and resolve any technical issues that may arise related to our products and services
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance our solutions
  • Create reports for the R&D department to support the development of new features and optimize existing ones
  • Develop and manage new and existing customer services through our Helpdesk

You're a great fit if you have

  • A degree in engineering or a technical diploma in mechanics, mechatronics, IT, or electronics
  • Previous experience in technical support, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of automotive technologies and vehicle systems
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools or management systems
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Results-driven approach and ability to work towards objectives
