The role focuses on supply chain process management, collaborating with Warehouse, Contracts & Procurement (C&P), and Finance teams. The main objectives include warehouse stock analysis, material optimization, and KPI-driven inventory management.
Main Responsibilities:
Utilize and master SAP S/4HANA P2P ERP Module: MM (Material Management) & WM (Warehouse Management), TotalEnergies UNISOL system, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Identify and manage materials, including electrical, instrumental, mechanical (piping, rotating machines), inspection, chemicals, oils, PPE, Spill Kits, IT/Telecom, drilling/completion/well heads
Categorize materials into operating spare parts (consumable, supervised) and capital spare parts (critical)
Ensure effective coordination across technical, commercial, accounting, and warehouse teams for stock and requirement management
Create, modify, verify, and optimize Material Master Data (MM)
Analyze consumption trends for framework contract creation
Conduct stock analysis and optimize inventory using Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Supervise the purchasing process, from demand creation to order finalization
Manage material requirements within company-defined KPIs
Monitor procurement progress, ensuring timely deliveries and expediting when necessary
Handle supplier claims for discrepancies in received materials
Perform ASD (Active, Slow, Dead) analysis for inventory optimization
