The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the operational management of all Housekeeping functions and may be assigned to manage accommodation areas, public areas, crew areas, or pool areas, either day or night. This position provides direct support to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the division’s objectives are met and that day-to-day operations in Accommodation, Pool, Public, and Crew areas are maintained to standard. The Housekeeping Supervisor possesses a keen understanding of the importance of exceptional service to ensure complete guest and team satisfaction while providing strong leadership to all team members. In accordance with Royal Caribbean International’s Royal Way, each Employee always conducts themselves in a professional and courteous manner during physical and verbal interactions with guests or fellow Employees.
