Responsibilities

1. Develop expertise in closing deals for residential properties
2. Attend weekly team training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to Real Estate Sales
3. Guide clients through the home purchasing process throughout the year
4. Maintain effective communication with management and team members in a professional manner
5. Successfully oversee, monitor, and finalize multiple contracts on a monthly basis
6. Actively engage in team meetings, huddles, and outings to promote camaraderie and synergy among agents

Qualifications

1. To be considered for this role as a Real Estate Buyer's Sales Agent, it is required to possess an Active Real Estate License
2. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong motivation and a hardworking attitude
3. Excellent customer service skills are a must for this position

Compensation

$100,000+ Commission Based
